About the Kibbutz

Kibbutz Ashdot Yaakov Meuhad is located to the south of the Sea of Galilee, the Kinneret, in northern Israel, and was established in 1924 in Kibutz Ashdot Yaakov Ihud, but started the new kibbutz in 1952.  

Population: approx. 380 per.

Ashdot Yaakov Meuhad’s main lines of business are agriculture, tourism, and various entrepreneurs.

The kibbutz operates The Uri and Rami Nechushtan Museum, which holds modern art exhibitions.
