Lohamei HaGeta'ot’s main lines of business are agriculture, industry, tourism, and various entrepreneurships.

The kibbutz is a home to the The Ghetto Fighters' House Museum, which commemorates the heritage of Jewish resistance on the eve of and during the Holocaust.
