About the Kibbutz

Kibbutz Rosh Hanikra is located in the Western Galilee area of Northern Israel, at the northern tip of the Israeli shore, and was established in 1949.

Population: approx. 1100 per.

Rosh Hanikra’s main lines of business are agriculture, tourism, industry (Rahan Meristem, plant biotechnologies), and various entrepreneurships.

The Kibbutz is located right near the famous Rosh HaNikra grottoes, the cavernous tunnels formed by sea action on the soft chalk rock, and is all part of the Rosh HaNikra national park.
